HostBridge Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of services provided by HostBridge. By using our hosting, domains, email, or related services, you agree to comply with this A.U.P.

1. General Principles

HostBridge services must only be used for lawful, responsible, and ethical purposes. Activities that compromise our infrastructure, affect other users, or violate applicable laws are strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Uses

Illegal Acivities

You may not use our services to:

• Host, distribute, or promote illegal content (e.g., pirated software, copyright violations, drugs, human trafficking).
• Conduct fraud, scams, or impersonation.
• Violate local, national, or international laws.

Security Violations

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts.
• Deploy malware, ransomware, viruses, or phishing schemes.
• Interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure (DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute force attempts).

Spam & Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) is strictly prohibited.
• Email services may not be used for chain letters, phishing, or fraudulent messages.
• Hosting services may not be used for spamvertising (websites advertised via spam).

Resource Abuse

You may not:

• Use excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth in ways that disrupt other users.
• Host mining, proxy, or botnet applications.
• Run scripts or applications designed to overload servers.

Offensive Content

You may not host or promote content that is:

• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually exploitative.
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory.
• Violent, abusive, or threatening in nature.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate contact and billing information.
• Secure your login credentials and report unauthorized access immediately.
• Ensure that your end users also comply with this AUP.
• Back up your data regularly — HostBridge is not liable for customer data loss.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning notices.
• Temporary suspension of services.
• Permanent termination of account without refund.
• Reporting to legal authorities if laws are broken.

5. Monitoring & Cooperation

• HostBridge reserves the right to monitor systems for security and compliance.
• We may remove or disable content violating this AUP without prior notice.
• We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations.

7. Changes to AUP

We may revise this AUP from time to time. Updates will be posted on www.hostbridge.co with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
