HostBridge Renewal Policy

At HostBridge, we are committed to ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service for our clients. This Renewal Policy explains how renewals work for hosting, domain names, and related services.

1. Automatic Renewals

• All hosting and domain services are set to auto-renew by default, provided a valid payment method is available.
• Renewal reminders will be sent ahead of time to help you prepare for payment.

2. Manual Renewals

• If auto-renew is disabled, clients must manually renew their services before the expiration date.
• Services that are not renewed by the due date may be suspended.

3. Renewal Notifications

• Clients will receive reminders at least 14 days and 7 days before expiration.
• A final notification will be sent on the day of expiration.

4. Grace Period (48–72 Hours)

• After the renewal date expires, services enter a 48–72 hour grace period.
• During this time, clients can still renew their services at the normal renewal fee.
• If payment is not received within this grace period, services will be suspended and may be permanently deleted.

5. Restoration After Grace Period

• Once the grace period ends, restoration is not guaranteed.
• Domains may enter the Redemption Period, and extra recovery fees (set by the registrar) may apply.
• Hosting accounts and data may be permanently deleted if not renewed within the grace period.

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients are fully responsible for tracking renewal dates and ensuring timely payment.
• HostBridge will not be liable for loss of domains, emails, websites, or data caused by non-renewal.

7. Changes to Renewal Policy

We may update this policy as needed. Any updates will be posted on www.hostbridge.co/legal with a new “Last Updated” date.
