• Refunds are available only within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Refundable Services

The following services are eligible for a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• Web hosting plans (Shared, SME, VPS, or Dedicated Hosting).
• Email hosting services.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Domain name registrations or renewals (these are final once processed).
• SSL certificates.
• Setup or installation fees.
• Any add-ons, plugins, or third-party services purchased through HostBridge.
• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Renewals

• Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Clients are responsible for managing renewals before the expiration date to avoid unwanted charges.

5. Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through support@hostbridge.co.
• If cancellation is made within the first 30 days, eligible services will be refunded according to Section 2.
• After 30 days, services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle but no refund will be issued.

6. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered (at HostBridge’s discretion) in cases of:

• Proven downtime or technical failures caused solely by HostBridge.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
